• Dropships are non-returnable unless
item is defective. Defective dropshipped items can only be returned within
7 business days of your customer receiving them. A return authorization
number is necessary before shipping back any item. |

• We suggest, per our shipping guide,
giving your customers tracking information and information regarding
receiving items. |
What Are The

has the amount of stock and assortment of cages we have. In order to match
our variety and volume, you would have to order products from several
wholesalers. When you use A&E Cage Company's Dropship Program, you
have all the products you need for a fully stocked store, and we do all
the shipping for you! We replenish our warehouse weekly with 900 assorted
cages. We use a custom, highly efficient sales system to maintain our
stock. Our system forecasts when we have a low quantity of products and
sends orders to our factory to replenish our stocks. Because of this, we
are rarely out of stock for more than ten days. Our call center
representatives are available 6 days a week to help you and answer your
questions. |
How can I get A&E
Cage Company product images and details for my website? Either save
the images directly from our website or contact us through email or phone,
and we will send them to you electronically. All of the intricate product
details on this website are availble to you to better sell
them. |
Is there a membership
fee or handling fees? There is no membership fee and no handling
fees. |
Is there a minimum
dropship order? There is no minimum order for dropships.

How are the orders
shipped? We utilize numerous carriers to ensure the best price.

Can I get tracking
information for the dropship? We will email you with delivery
tracking information immediately after the order is processed.

Will your customers
know where the products come from? b All tracking information will
have our contact info on it to expidite claims or shipping problems.

How do I place a
dropship order? Dropship orders are recommended to be placed
online, but you may call, fax or email orders. If you choose one of the
alternate methods, we suggest you confirm the request. |
How do I handle
returns? If the merchandise is defective, they will be asked to
return the product to A&E Cage Company Shipment Center. We will then
ship them out another item in exchange. The item is not returnable if it
is not defective. Because we offer this dropship service which gives you
the option of not carrying any inventory, no investment, and no minimum
order requirements, we do not allow returns based on customer
dissatisfaction. As an alternative, your company can accept a return and
keep the item in stock for a future sale. |
What type of payment
do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and
Discover. Before sending out your first dropshipment, we would need to
have all of your company information. Payment is due at the time of the
order. |
